Pingo Canadian Landmark
+ My Favorites
Often used by travelling Inuvialuit as navigational landmarks, a pingo is an ice-covered hill that rises out of the Arctic tundra. Located along the shore of the Beaufort Sea, Pingo Canadian Landmark contains eight of the region's 1350 pingos, including Ibyuk Pingo which the largest in Canada. Also noted as the second largest pingo in the world, Ibyuk is 49 m (160 ft) high and measures 300 m (984 ft) across its base.

Our Lady of Lourdes Schooner
+ My Favorites
This historical landmark was once used to transfer children in Tuk to residential Catholic schools. Retired in the early 1960s, the boat now sits on the roadside near the Arctic Ocean.
